Hoosain Ally
CEO
Hoosain Ally is a Chartered Accountant registered with the South African Institution of Chartered Accounting. Hoosain has more than 6 years of audit experience at a Big Four accounting firm. Prior to joining AfriBridge, he was responsible for establishing and leading an audit office for one of South Africa’s fastest-growing black-owned audit practices.
Hoosain’s international training and experience has exposed him to numerous clients across various sectors and industries. He is also actively involved in NPO projects and was appointed as the Western Cape Treasurer of Childline in 2022.
Siyabonga Gxokonyeka
Head of Risk and Compliance
Siyabonga Gxokonyeka (Siya) is the Head of Risk and Compliance at AfriBridge. Siyabonga leads the South Africa Office of Compliance and Risk Management and oversees the Compliance Programs.
Siya served as the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer at Dentons in South Africa for four years where he had oversight for Dentons South Africa Law practice Compliance and Risk Management Program. He worked in close collaboration with Practitioners and Business services professionals to facilitate compliance with policies, laws and regulations, and risk management. Siya also worked closely with Managing Partner and Senior Partners, on various compliance, risk management, and government relations matters.
Nuri Narker
COO
Nuri Narker has established herself in the investments and business administration industry for more than 20 years. She has served in the legal fraternity for over 10 years in practice and project management implemented strategies across the talent management value chain.
Nuri is highly skilled and experienced in multiple areas including operations management, financial management, HR, procurement management, and supplier management and she holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of South Africa (UNISA).
Raafieq Isaacs

Raafieq is a seasoned digital marketing professional with over 7 years of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies for a variety of businesses across different sectors.
